Open for Business

Following on from the recent UK lockdown, things have begun opening up again and restrictions are being lifted in stages. We continued to stay open during lockdown with strict regulations, as government guidelines meant we were classed as a 'key service'. With restrictions and lockdown easing we are making a few adjustments to ensure our staff as well as you, our customers, are kept as safe as possible during these unprecedented times.

In the first instance we ask that any new customers who are looking for storage to telephone us and book an appointment to view our facilities and units. This is to help us keep our staff safe and enable us to stay open. As well as helping us to keep to safe social distancing and group guidelines. For existing customers no appointment is required, but please maintain social distancing etiquette.

Secondly, we have available on site hand-washing facilities (which are cleaned regularly). Hand sanitiser in available in all areas and we also have disinfectant spray and paper towels to clean down the trollies. Masks will not be mandatory on site or within units, but we do have some available, along with disposable gloves if required.

Thirdly, we ask that you please maintain social distancing at all times, keeping a minimum of 1 meter away from others not within your household; ideally two meters or more.

With things getting back to a new 'normal' we must all work together to ensure the safety of ourselves and others. By doing so, we can help prevent further loss of life unnecessarily and keep things open and the economy moving.

If you have any questions about the measures we are taking, or would like to enquire about a unit with us then please get in touch.
