LATEST CORONAVIRUS UPDATE following the most recent announcement of the forthcoming lockdown from the 05 November 2020
OUR OPENING HOURS
Our reception facilities will continue to be operating their normal opening hours. These are:
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 5.00pm
However we would ask any new enquiries to pre book in advance any viewing or visit to the office to come and see us.

Existing customers will continue to have 24/7 access through their fob control key.
LOOKING AFTER OUT STAFF AND CUSTOMERS
The health and safety of our staff and customers is our principal priority. Our storage facilities are large buildings and generally we have a low intensity of use.
We have provided PPE appropriate for our staff to use.
We have reviewed the updated Government’s advice to confirm our facilities can continue to remain COVID-19 compliant with appropriate measures, including by way of example:
- we have provided floor distancing markers,
- face coverings,
- protective gloves,
- hand sanitisers and other washing facilities
We would request that our customers must wear a face covering at all times when in our reception areas or in our storage areas.
Our staff will wear a face mask at all times when dealing with customers in our reception or storage areas.
We have installed appropriate COVID-19 customer signage which is kept under review.
Our reception doors are closed and a limited number of customers will be allowed into our reception area at any one time (maximum 2 people (if a couple) at any one time).
We have intensified the daily cleaning levels of our storage facilities, especially in the most commonly touched points.
We look forward to continuing to provide a safe service to all of our customers during these times.
