Spring into Summer
Take a Seat!
The first of a nice run of Bank Holidays is almost upon us. The Easter break is the highlight of the DIY calendar and for good reason. Most people try and tag a few extra days on either side to get the most out of their annual leave in order to really get stuck in to a home project. The garden is a popular place to start as even a hint of warm weather can bring utensil wielding men outside to stand proudly next to their BBQ’s all over the country. So how can self storage help you keep your home and garden looking Instagram worthy? Lets look at garden furniture. Have you left your cushions out all over the winter to go mouldy? Gross. Now you have to wash them all off before you can use them. Even Mrs Hinch herself couldn’t get those completely clean! https://www.instagram.com/mrshinchhome/ Maybe you’d put them in the shed, now they’re mouldy and covered in spiders! Had you popped them in to a dry and secure storage unit instead, that’s one less thing to do.
The winter seems to sneak up on us, one moment we’re sipping G&T’s out of giant glasses and the next we’re thinking about Christmas. During that late Autumn period, you could be packing away the garden furniture and BBQ and getting all your sparkly, Christmassy things ready. After Christmas, you can pop that lot back in and put the clean, dry, mould and spider free outside equipment to the front ready for that first sweet smell of warm air.
Holidays and Hobbies!
Its not just garden furniture though. Anything for outside fun can be stored safely and securely. Most popular items include tents and camping equipment. The list of camp related paraphernalia is astonishing! Maybe you’re into water sports. Where did you store your wet suit and surf board over the winter? The bonus features of having a storage unit is endless. So many people now are choosing to have external storage as a necessary extension of their homes that there are thousands of units up and down the country.
